Project Delivery

OVYTEK Studio provides digital services: website design, development, and marketing. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping costs, carriers, or delivery addresses apply to our work. This policy explains how your project is delivered instead.

How Work Is Delivered

• Websites and stores are built in your own platform account (Shopify, WordPress hosting, or Squarespace) or on a private preview link, and launched on your domain once the final payment is received.
• Design files, copy, and documents are delivered electronically by email or a shared folder link.
• Account access and ownership are handed over at launch, including admin logins for any accounts we set up on your behalf.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines are listed on our Pricing page and confirmed in your proposal. Timelines start once we receive your deposit and the content needed to begin, and depend on receiving feedback on schedule. Delays caused by waiting on content, approvals, or third-party platforms are handled as described in our Terms of Service.

Where We Work

We are based in Rhode Island and work with clients across the United States. All work is delivered remotely, and meetings take place by phone or video call.
