How Payment Works
- Call and scope. We confirm the package and anything extra, then send a written proposal with the fixed price.
- 50% deposit. Reserves your start date and covers discovery and planning.
- Design and build. You review the work and give feedback within your included revision rounds.
- Final 50% before launch. Once it's paid, the site goes live and ownership transfers to you.
Platform costs like your Shopify or Squarespace plan, hosting, domain, premium themes, and paid apps are billed to you directly by those providers, so you own every account. Full details are in our Terms of Service and payment policy.
Pricing FAQ
Why is there a $1,500 minimum?
Every project includes planning, design, setup, testing, and launch support. Below that amount we can't do the work properly. For small changes to an existing site, a care plan or hourly work is the better fit.
Which package should I choose?
Most service businesses start with the Starter Website. Choose Growth if you want the site to capture and follow up on leads automatically, or if you serve several towns and want to rank in each. Choose the Shopify Store if you sell products online.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. A Starter Website can be expanded with extra pages, CRM setup, or local SEO at any time, priced from the add-ons above.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. Redesigns use the same packages. If we can reuse your existing content and structure, we'll factor that into the quote.
What isn't included?
Platform subscriptions, hosting, domains, paid apps or plugins, stock photos, professional photography, and ad spend. We'll list any of these that apply in your proposal.
